Chris Mangieri
President & Owner

Chris graduated from SUNY Plattsburg University in 1976 and started working with the 3M Company where he excelled in his sales role ranking first among his peers and winning many trips and prizes. He worked at 3M from 1976 to 1986.

In 1987 he got into the executive search business and enjoyed the challenges and rewards of the industry. He later became a founding partner with The Resource Group and in 1994 went out on his own and began Mangieri/Solutions.

Chris grew this one man operation into a very successful recruiting firm where he now has over 10 employees.

Chris lives in Monroe, Connecticut with his wife Kathy and son, Kyle and daughter, Kate. In his spare time he enjoys golf, music and dining out.

Frank Nicolia

Frank has been with Mangieri Solutions since September of 2003. Frank started out as a researcher and was promoted to an Executive Recruiter in the direct marketing, marketing research and database department in Feb. of 2004. Since then Frank has expanded his area of expertise to include internet, e-commerce and mobile marketing. Frank has run searches for Gap, AzoogleAds, Eddie Bauer and The NPD Group among many others. In his free time Frank spends his time playing sports, snowboarding, weight training, running and hiking.

Michael started in the Executive Recruiting business with Mangieri Solutions in 1997 focused on Direct Response, Database Marketing, CRM and Interactive related Marketing positions. He has enjoyed success placing Chief Marketing Officers and Senior Executives through the ranks including 3 to 5 year analyst and Marketing Managers. Michael has had success making placements across industries, including; Financial Services, Multi-Channel National Retailers, Catalog, Technology, Agency and Service Related Industries.

Michael is a native of Southeastern Connecticut growing up in the Old Saybrook/Old Lyme area. After graduating from Nichols College he spent several years living in the Vail Valley of the Colorado Rockies. Michael is married and blessed with two beautiful children.

David Buckley joined Mangieri Solutions in July of 2007. He has recently graduated cum laude from the University of Hartford. He is currently working in the marketing division where he is focusing on all aspects of direct marketing. Buck, (as he is known in the office) brings a fresh approach to recruiting.  He is energetic and motivated and eager to dive into the recruiting business.

In his free time he enjoys sports, music, movies and is a die hard Red Sox fan.

Jamie has been with Mangieri Solutions since May of 2005 and currently works in the Internet Marketing Recruitment Division. She has a BS in Marketing from Stonehill College in North Easton, MA. Jamie focuses on Direct Marketing, Search Engine and Internet Marketing recruitment and has made successful placements across all industries.   When not working, she is spending time with family and friends and visiting her summer cottage on Cedar Island in Clinton, CT. She also enjoys photography and traveling and is a die-hard Yankees fan.

Chris Taylor has been with Mangieri Solutions since 2005 and currently works in the Internet Marketing Recruitment Division. Chris is focused on translating his vast amount of marketing knowledge into a recruiting lifestyle. As a college graduate from Western Connecticut State University he has shown the ability to adapt quickly to an environment not built for the weak. He has also established himself in many areas in marketing, those of which include; search engine, database, operations, sales, and direct marketing.


Kathy Egan
Office Manager

Kathy handles all the admin functions for the office. Her duties range from invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable/accounts payable, human resource activities, insurance, contracts as well as handling all outside vendors.

She had worked at Inter-Continental Hotels for many years, taking advantage of the wonderful travel benefits the hotel had to offer. After leaving there she stayed home to raise her two children. While juggling children and a household she started her own Day Care business where she put her Early Childhood degree to good use. She did that until her youngest was in 1st grade and then joined Mangieri Solutions in 1995.  

In her spare time she enjoys her family and friends. Kathy lives with her husband and two kids in Connecticut. Their son is a senior in college and their daughter is entering her junior year in high school. Kathy enjoys gardening, photography, walking and entertaining. She loves kids and animals and it shows. Her home is always filled with kids and their 3 dogs and cat (the more the merrier).

Our Office Dog

Buddy, our office dog, is a 10 month old Yellow Labrador. He comes in everyday and brings a smile to everyone he greets. When he isn't dropping his bone or ball on your lap you can usually find him sleeping under Kathy's desk. His recruiting specialties include Saint Bernards, German Shepherds and the occasional Chihuahua, although they are hard to find.
