This information is then incorporated in an estimate of costs, which is delivered to the appropriate account team and production supervisor. The DRM is responsible for obtaining the best price and delivery possible for all agency projects.</span></span></p>

<p>Specific Responsibilities<br />
• Conduct custom research studies in their entirety, from project inception and design through preparation and the delivery of reports and presentations.<br />
• Provide input to and assist in the development of client proposals.<br />
• Mine consumer level databases and other data sources for insights and analyze data sets using our insight tools such as SAS.<br />
• Distill insights from the analysis to offer business recommendations by identifying meaningful consumer indicators and trends.<br />
• Ensure work is disciplined and adheres to quality control procedures.<br />
• Support the development and launch of new products and services.<br />
• Present analysis and recommendations to our clients.<br />
• Build relationships with key internal and external clients.<br />
• Identify opportunities for insight innovation or efficiency improvements</p>
<p>Experience and Skills<br />
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree.<br />
• A Masters degree is preferred, but not required.<br />
• Knowledge of analytical techniques.  Specifically working knowledge of concepts such as, clustering, segmentation and time-series (i.e. regression, forecasting).<br />
• Ability to query large data sets using database management software (SQL) and database mining software (SAS).<br />
• Skilled at navigating relational databases.<br />
• Comfortable working in LINUX operating environments.<br />
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).</p>
